Please note that all new bookings will require a non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations within 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the treatment booked. Cancellations within 24 hour notice will incur a 100% fee of the treatment cost. Agreeing to the appointment booked means you understand and acknowledge this policy, regardless of the reasons for cancellation.
Appointments may be moved but with that timeframe in mind.
